Headphone crossfeed is a process that simulates, on headphones, the acoustic effects of listening to speakers. Some listeners find crossfeed to provide a more natural listening experience by recreating the timing, phase, and frequency-based effects that naturally occur between our ears when listening to stereo speakers in a room.
