Account Manager

Your role in the company

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with technology understanding to build relationships with B2B partners / customers to deliver the ultimate sound experience to music listeners worldwide. You will be the key contact for B2B customers, overseeing partnership technical integration and everyday cooperation.

What you will be doing

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our technology solutions according to customer needs and objectives

Develop a trusted-advisor relationship with customers

Proactively notify customers about product enhancements and incremental product releases.

Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new customers

Develop new business opportunities with the existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets

Be the primary point of contact between customer and internal teams

Forecast and track key account metrics

Requirements

Proven work experience as an Account manager or relevant role

Experience in running technology development and integration processes

Ability to articulate technical topics, address any customer concerns, while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication, analytical skills & problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail and deadlines

Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment

Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with other departments to create tightly integrated strategies

Able to travel for work

Audio or music background strongly preferred

Monthly gross salary 1700-2800 EUR, based on your experience level
