Chief Marketing Officer
We are looking for an experienced CMO to take responsibility of all sales and marketing channels and lead Marketing & Sales teams. You will be overlooking 3 product lines: Professional audio, Consumer audio and Technology licensing as well as online, direct and distribution sales channels. We are currently headquartered in Riga, Latvia, with plans to open offices in other parts of the world (most of our customers are in the US). We expect you to work with the team in headquarters initially and then expand the team to relevant markets. What will you do
As CMO you will be part of the senior management team. This means you will participate in general company strategy planning. Your direct responsibilities will include:
Plan Marketing & Sales strategy
Plan Marketing & Sales budget
Manage company overall branding
Lead team and manage team building and hiring process
Define internal Marketing & Sales processes
Work closely with business intelligence to manage Marketing & Sales related data model
Be willing to help team members directly in reaching their sales and marketing objectives
Qualifications we are looking for
You have to be experienced in managing Marketing & Sales teams before and have a strong background in digital marketing and understanding in B2C. You have to be able to demonstrate ability to generate revenue.
At least 3 year international experience as a CMO
Experience in building and scaling marketing and sales structures with a team of over 10 people
Have previously been responsible for marketing spend of over 1M EUR/year
Experience in a startup environment with agile internal processes is a plus
Strategic and analytical mindset and proficiency with numbers
Experience with marketing automation tools
Previous experience in implementing and managing growth hacking process
Experience in building global brands
Previous experience in working with software products.
