Chief Sales Officer
Your role in the company
You will be in charge of developing and executing Sonarworks technology licensing sales strategy that brings new revenue streams to the company. You will be leading the sales team, as well as shaping and launching new partnerships with the help of internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver revenue targets through Sonarworks software and hardware technology licensing deals
Develop technology licensing strategy in collaboration with Sonarworks management and sales teams
Lead Sonarworks sales team and regional sales partners’ network
Identify and capture potential technology licensing sales opportunities and close deals
Lead and support origination, negotiation and execution of licensing agreements
Provide input on licensing product offerings and pricing
Work closely with Sonarworks internal organization to deliver holistic licensing solutions to potential partners
We are looking for someone who has
5+ years of technology licensing sales experience is strongly desired
Experience with licensing sales process strategy and execution in sophisticated global organizations
Experience with licensing and deal creation, business case development, contract negotiation, and external relationship management
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Possess a proven and successful track record in concluding significant technology licensing sales contracts
Collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with other departments to create tightly integrated strategies
Must be willing to travel globally around 50% of the time (headquarter location – Riga, Latvia, EU; relocation is not required)
Experience in market definition and assessment, including evaluating financial impact of strategic decisions
Experience in technology licensing sales in music streaming, gaming, automotive or smartphone OEMs segments preferred
Audio and technology background preferred
