Office Administrator

Your role in the company

We are looking for a responsible and friendly Office Administrator to join our team!

What will you do

Coordinate office activities and operations

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)

Prepare and register office documentation in accordance with law

Manage travel arrangements for management and partners

Keep track and manage ordering of office and kitchen supplies

Support management and bookkeeping procedures

Assist colleagues with daily tasks

Act as the first point of contact for all guests, clients and service providers

We are looking for someone who has

Experience in a similar role and higher education will be considered as an advantage

Fluent English and Latvian language skills (both spoken and written)

Good computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook) and ability to work with office equipment

High sense of responsibility, ability to set priorities and good time planning skills

Positive attitude and willingness to be helpful

Ability to work in an agile work environment
