We know its hard, but we are here to help!

Our support is there to help you with the following issues:

  • to receive help for the product setup (excluding third party drivers), considering reasonable hardware configuration and compatibility with software requirements (e.g. single hardware unit)
  • to use your rights of withdrawal or rights in connection with warranty
  • to ask for an invoice or a refund of value added tax
  • to receive general software support for up to 2 years old versions
  • to receive an answer to any questions relating Sonarworks products

Sonarworks does not offer (among other things):

  • to solve operating systems user account access issues (Sonarworks does not have installation permissions)
  • to adjust Sonarworks’ products to adapt to various software’s versions and types of non-standard operating systems (custom Linux installations, non-supported Windows/OSX versions)
  • to ensure third party hardware and software compatibility with Sonarworks’ products (edited)
